Project Description:
Located in Kuwait City at Commercial Area No. 9 on a 18,500 m2 site for three banks each bank is developed on a 1500 m2 plot. The balance of the site is devoted to a landscaped plaza including gardens, fountains, etc. 600 parking spaces are provided in a two level basement garage.
Three, 18 storey, identical office towers are the project components. All main elevations oriented to the north are fenestrated primarily in glass. Other elevations are predominantly precast exposed aggregate concrete. |
