The site occupies 1369 square meters. The building includes 8 floors of offices and 2 levels of basement giving a total built-up area of 11,350 square meters. The 7th and 8th floors are completely occupied by mechanical and electrical plant. The basement areas are partially occupied by mechanical and electrical plant. Elevations are developed using travertine cladding and glass blocks with a high insulation factor. The Commercial Bank of Kuwait was designed by SOM, with the final design drawings and supervision handled by PACE.
