Project Description:

The Lakes Mall is located in Al Rai area and consists of a single parcel of land approximately 138,000m2. It is bounded from the southern side with Fifth Ring Road, facing Rabiah Area. The project involves the design and supervision of The Avenues mall extension and has a total estimated gross area of 97,465m2. The specific objectives for the project were to develop new unique mall in Kuwait and become an architectural landmark, representative of the Mabanee’s vision. It is a facility that will provide a functional and pleasant ambiance to the occupants and establish the standard of international quality for construction in the region. PACE seeks to achieve the client’s objectives and goals within the allocated project feasibility. The project will enhance the environment and act as a transitional buffer zone between the industrial and residential zones.
