Project Description:
The project is located at Mishrif area, developed on a 10,000 m2 consists of a group of buildings comprising the Guard house, reception building, mosque, education bldg., HQ bldg., M.P. Block, services and stores bldg, classroom building, workshops to serve as a technical school for the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry invited all major precast concrete companies to bid for the job provided that each company would select a consultant as a design partner to undertake all the design work, UBC (uniform building company) chose PACE as their design partner, PACE provided UBC with a complete set of drawings and documents to enable them to price but unfortunately the contract was awarded to another contractor. |
