Design, supervision and construction management in collaboration with KEO and SSH.
The Palace is located in Bayan, surrounded by the fifth ring motorway from the north, Al-Safar motorway from the west, Bayan residential district from the east, and Bayan park from the South. Developed on (500,000) m2 with a building area of (140,000)m2, and the remaining as gardens.
The conference building comprises conference hall and an auditorium with a seating capacity for 1,200. Main auditorium is to serve for major international conferences as well as National Theatre to conduct ballet, concert performances. Other facilities include dressing rooms, district library, special reception Heads of Delegations and other VIPs participating in the Islamic Conference Organization meeting. Within the boundary are extensive landscaped gardens, parking areas and structures and central mechanical/electrical plant installation.
Conference Center consists of sub-basement & for mechanical electrical services, storage employees dining room and multi-purpose spaces.
The ground floor includes conference hall.
The 800 seat theatre equipped with radio and television, instantaneous translation.
The first floor is devoted to the amiri suite and related offices. |
