Project Description:
The project site has an area of 5,520 m² and is located in Sharq, Kuwait. The total built up area is approximately 28,000 m². The project is comprised of 14 floors and caters to 668 employees. The Al-Asemah Educational Area Headquarters’ main objective is to regulate and supervise the method and curriculum of the public schools within the capital sector. It regularly receives up to 300 customers on a daily basis. The design is based on the concept of several “sky courts” to create a personal space for each department. The main core of the building is placed on the south side to protect from the harsh sun, while the north side of the building is made up of glass curtain wall to maximize views to the sea. |
