Project Description:
The project is developed on a total area of 285,000m2. Accommodating the new Amiri Diwan, Crown Prince and Prime ministers office building, council of ministers building, multi purpose hall, renovated Sief Palace, 800 car parking structure and ancillary building, 80% of the site is a reclaimed land adjacent to the sief palace in Kuwait.
Site development area is 200,000 m2 , includes 90,000m2 landscape, 110,000m2 soft scaping and irrigation amenities as well as sea gardens, formal and public arrivals courtyards, formal plaza and renovated traditional Islamic sief palace gardens and interior atria development, there is a fully landscaped below grade circulation corridor for employees and visitors. |
