Pan Arab Consulting Engineers (PACE) was established in 1968. Co-founded by partners Sabah Mohammed Al-Rayes and Hamid Abdul Salam Shuaib, PACE flourished and has since played an important role in the development of Kuwait. Under the pioneering leadership of the founders, along with a dedicated team of creative planners, architects, designers and engineers, PACE’s accomplishments have proved to be rewarding to new clients and have earned a wider recognition from its satisfied repeat clients. Such recognition by clients and other organizations is what drives PACE to always seek the best possible outcome.

PACE’s portfolio of completed projects is an eclectic collection of more than 1,000 commercial, governmental, residential, recreational and educational projects located around the world. By the innovative uncompromising and analytical approach of our designers on each project, PACE has acquired a distinctive philosophy within the architectural tradition of “problem solving”. Each problem is resolved by combining the client’s requirements with the architect’s vision. Both go hand in hand, wrapping fantasy and reality into one dimension. The designers work closely with the client so the client has an input in the final design. The building is treated like suit, tailored to fit perfectly around the client’s program elements, goals and site conditions.

The adoption of the latest developments in science and computer technology has strengthened PACE’s competence and PACE utilizes the most up to date programs and technology. PACE is also the first consulting office in Kuwait to be awarded the ISO 9001 certification. PACE’s expertise in delivering high quality results, design skills and management has been acknowledged by many top-ranking organizations and institutions. Several buildings designed and supervised by PACE adorn the skyline of Kuwait and are well known landmarks. Some have found their place on postage stamps to become icons of the State of Kuwait.
