The project is located at Jahra Road in Shuwaikh on a 6090 m2 site the six story building and basement comprise. The basement includes the mechanical and electrical services plus 94 parking spaces. The ground floor includes entrance lobby, Kuna Exhibition, library, rest rooms and cafeteria. 34 parking spaces provided at grade. The upper floors include offices, computer equipment and kuna'a local and international news services as well as an auditorium. Exterior surfaces are cladded with precast concrete panels of white and pink with a sandblast finish. |
