This building serves as a doorway into the Khaldiyah campus of Kuwait University. The building is comprised of an administration wing and library with a common basement. Each building consists of a ground floor and three upper floors set on either end of the basement. A centrally located landscaped plaza is located above the basement parking and serves as a common area for the two buildings. The plaza is covered by a space frame roof. The total built-up area is 60,000 square meters. Car parking facility houses about 660 cars.
