Project Description:
The project is located at Shuwaikh beach in Kuwait's educational institution area the building is developed on a 220122 m2 site and contains 3 floors. The ground floor includes laboratories, library 250 seat lecture hall, cafeteria and restaurant. The second offices & the third management & administration. The building is oriented towards the gulf, where a lagoon has been developed relating to the cafeteria, restaurant & administration offices. The laboratories relate to a private atrium which includes a solar panel roof for energy research projects. 450 at grade parking spaces are provided in the buildings well landscaped related outdoor space. All exterior masonry surfaces are white cement concrete with a sand blast finish. |
