Project Description:
Arraya Office Tower is the first tallest building on the dynamic skyline of Kuwait City. It stands at 60 floors with 3 basements. The 300 m (984 ft) tower is composed of two parts: a square glass element that rises the full height of the building and a metal clad mass. The limestone colored metal cladding block respects the architecture of the adjacent Arraya Complex and also shields the harsh sun. The 2 parts are juxtaposed to create an intersecting floor plan. The iconic top of the tower, which is topped by a telecommunications mast, is sloped and angled to create a unique and memorable image for the entire complex. The structural material is concrete.
