Project Description:

TLocated on Ahmed Al Jaber Street on site area 1508.5 m2. The building consists of 20 storys, mezzanine and basement of a total built up area of 10900 m2. The ground, basement and mezzanine level are devoted to commercial space. An autrium is developed within the triple height entry space.

The main office tower is oriented to the north and overlooks the Arabian Gulf. North elevation is reflective glass, and others are granite cladding. All mechanical and electrical service are in the basement, entry and roof levels helping to establish an integrated architectural concept.
