Project Description:
Sahab Tower is a commercial and office building located in the city center of Kuwait. Consists of two basements, ground floor, mezzanine and 20 upper floors. The lower basement houses the mechanical services. The upper basement, ground floor and mezzanine levels are commercial shopping areas and cafés. The upper floors consist of open plan office areas. The building is connected to the Salhiya commercial complex via a suspended bridge. The total built-up area is 14,500 square meters.
