Project Description: The Arraya Center is comprised of a retail and multi story offices with commercial center on the ground and mezzanine floors. A tower, composed of 30 floors, is separated into hotel and office spaces. The hotel and offices are accessed through 2 separate elevator lobbies. The Arraya Center is one of the most successful commercial malls in Kuwait, with major brands stores throughout the center. Visitors shop while under a natural lit skylight. There is also a banquet hall and a multi storey parking facility that can cater to 1,400 cars.
