Project Description:
The project is located at Al-Dajeej - Farwaniyah, developed on (10,000)m2 site area. Two reinforced concrete tower blocks each of five story with basement providing ground floor showrooms and office accommodation at upper level. Comprising showroom and office space totaling 9000 m2. a off the sixth ring road, the complex comprises (2) dynamic masses, forming an existing site development taking full advantage of the site. The two masses are :
- Al - Mullas H. Q. building with a (9000) m built up area spread over basement ground and first floor levels.
- A speculative office building with the same built up area. In both building a limited area in the basement has been idolized for senior staff performing parking was kept at surface level. |
