Project Description:
The Khaleejia building is 20 floors in height. Commercial retail levels are designated to the basement, ground floor and mezzanines levels. Offices are located on floors 1-20 with uninterrupted views to both the Arabian Gulf and Kuwait City. The building steps back gradually on the first 3 floors while developing a series of landscaped terraced gardens.
