Project Description:
The mosque is located off Hamad Al Mubarak Street in Salmiya, on a 3000 m2 site and two story structure. At the ground floor level the Sahen is covered with glass and the haram with a white concrete dome with a clear story for natural lighting. The first floor includes a woman's prayer area, ablution area, toilets, showers and two apartments. The buildings exterior is white cement fair face concrete with dark anodized aluminum window screens in Islamic pattern. |
