Project Description: The Arraya Office Tower will be one of tallest building in the Kuwait City skyline. It will stand at 55 floors above ground and 3 basements below. It has a built up area of 35,000 square meters and a cost of $50 million USD. The building is comprised of two parts, a square glass element and a limestone mass. The limestone block respects the architecture of the adjacent Arraya Complex and also shields the harsh sun. The 2 parts are juxtaposed in plan to create an intersecting floor plan.
