Project Description:
Baitak Tower was one of the first buildings to exceed the 20 floor height limit set by Kuwait Municipality. It stands at 33 floors and has a site area of approximately 3,745 square meters. The lower floors are dedicated to a commercial complex while the upper floors are used as office spaces. The total built up area is 30,000 square meters. A towering glass façade is the main feature in the building elevation and it will reflect the Arabian Gulf’s water.
