Project Description: One of the major projects designed by PACE in 1980’s was the Bayan Palace Conference Center. The program elements for this project included a conference hall, an auditorium and national theater with 1,200 seats. It also included the state of the art audio visual equipment. The most difficult task of completing this project was the time frame. The State of Kuwait was hosting a GCC conference and the project had to be completed by a specific date. PACE completed design and supervision of the project within 15 months. The construction cost for this project was $125 million USD.
