Project Description:
The Public Authority for Minors Affairs building is based on the concept of an inner street that links three masses together: a high tower, a lower tower and 4 level building. The high tower will stand at 25 floors and the lower tower is made up of 16 floors. The two towers portray the image of a younger brother leaning against his older brother for protection. The three buildings share a common element on the roof, metal structures that will be lit at night to give PAMA a distinguished look in the skyline of Kuwait City. The buildings will be of granite material on the exterior along with curtain wall glazing. PAMA has a total built up area of approximately 40,000 square meters. There is also an adjacent multi level parking structure with a capacity of approximately 950 cars.
