Project Description:
This low rise project consists of several new buildings and renovation of existing buildings. Two new anchor store buildings and renovation of two office buildings were also part of the project. These buildings form an extensive complex with circulation paths, public areas, kiosks, tent structures and landscaping. The project involved demolition of existing facilities to make way for the new construction. PACE was responsible for supervision of the project.
