Project Description:
Located in Jolia'a on the Beach front, the project consists of 3 inter-related structures, for family and guests. The palace comprised of two story's at the entry side and three facing the gulf, it includes living, dining rooms, suites for sleeping, a covered swimming pool, gymnasium and all related services.
The palace's primary elevation is oriented towards the sea and has large areas of glass. The exterior surfaces are painted white. The roves are pyramid in form and covered with clay tiles having a baked green finish. |
