The site is bordered by a lake on one side and mountains on the other. PACE took advantage of the site terrain and used the buildings to mimic the surroundings. The buildings slope down the mountains in section and the building forms follow the site contours in plan. The design encompassed residential blocks as well as clustered one to two floor housing. Residences slope down to the waters edge and recreational facilities are located throughout site. This design is unrealized.
